Roberto Pietrobon

Founder & Managing Director
More than ten years ago Roberto found his passion working in health as a founding member of a dental startup. Roberto’s most recent experience is with health charities where he is the Director of Partnerships & Philanthropy at Red Dust. Working with health charities have led him to explore alternative ways to financially support the delivery of prevention and support programs they provide.

Roberto commenced his career in banking and finance with Latitude Financial Services (formerly AGC part of the Westpac Group and GE). Operational roles provided the platform to succeed in sales and business development roles before his first startup experience with Maven Dental (formerly Dental Partners).

Roberto has an entrepreneurial spirit and is committed to helping improve the health of Australians.

Sue Peden AM

Chairperson & Non-Executive Director
Perhaps unusually, Sue’s skills are a combination of creative thinking and commercial realities. She co-founded, built and sold her own communications agency, holds a Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne and is a graduate and fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Having worked in advertising and communications for over 25 years, Sue’s professional interest is focused on business and brand strategy, consumer insights and stakeholder management.
In addition to Care To Compare, Sue is Chair of Carers Victoria and a director of Leading Age Services Australia (LASA) and the Ballarat General Cemeteries.

Sue was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 2019 for Significant Service to Community.

Andrea Byrne

Non-Executive Director
Andrea is a senior marketer, digital strategist and consultant with 20+ years’ experience across a variety of industries – most recently at Collingwood Football Club, where she was responsible for using transformational marketing and digital strategies to drive both fan engagement and strong commercial returns.

In her agency life Andrea headed up the local healthcare division of Tribal, DDB’s global digital agency – one one of the pioneers of digital marketing consulting almost 15 years ago. Andrea has a unique combination of a traditional marketing/advertising background and extensive digital marketing, strategy and technology experience. She is particularly passionate about health and wellness, and is a strong advocate of using digital channels to drive superior customer experiences.

Andrea holds a Master of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University.

Frank Zinghini

CFO & Company Secretary
Frank is currently one of the Senior Managers at The Field Group, an accounting practice that specialises in assisting small to medium businesses with all stages in the business life cycle.

Frank has a wealth of knowledge and experience in financial and operations management gained over the last decade in positions he’s held both in industry and public practice. He has developed a passion for helping to achieve lasting positive outcomes for the businesses he works with.

A lifelong lover of all things tech, Frank applies this to his profession by leveraging the latest and greatest technologies to help his clients gain in-depth insight into their performance.

Frank is a firm supporter of a number of causes particularly in healthcare and education advocacy.
